I'm trying to figure someting out here and I'm going to through it out there for others to feed the idea...
We already know that Google hides the current pagerank levels until they feel neccessary to release this information to the public.
We also know that the Google directory in most cases is the best and most accurate way of seeing what a sites current pagerank level is when we cannot use the toolbar...
Now the question is this:
I'm not sure exactly how these future pagerank testers work. I know that basically, they query the different datacenters that Google uses and compares the pagerank to show differences between centers, but how exactly is this done...
Where are the hidden datacenters that we know they must have... There has got to be a hidden datacenter that feeds the current levels to the Google directory, what datacenter is that?
I suspect there must be even another datacenter which is the center that updates last, sometime before the visible update takes place on the toolbar.
Where I am going with this is, how can google feed the pagerank indicator on the toolbar seperate level indicators while avioding the future pagerank tools....?
I suspect, from things that I am seeing, that future pagerank tools are likely to be a tool of the past....
It's just unlike google to let us see what they don't want us to see....
There has got to be a way they can send data to the toolbar without anyone knowing where that data is coming from..
