I haven't had it happen to me yet, so I'm really not too sure...
But lots of people are talking about how to do it... I'm not sure if they do it more for the fake PR reading or the rankings, either way, I don't believe it is a good practice and/or it lasts very long.
I try an talk sence into anyone asking about the 302 highjack ability....

It's definetly something that should be frowned upon when used.... Google has been very causious when stumbling onto 302's
