Will a No follow tag on a link still pass pr?

It's not supposed to, but it might...... Google says it doesn't, but you can't believe everything you read these days...

MSN says they obey the nofollow command, but I still see links with nofollows showing strong on MSN backlink checks, so that really doesn't make much sence.....

I think it is safe to say that in most cases a nofollow command on a link will greatly hinder it's value, but there may still be some benefit lost in the suffle somewhere...
