Promoting a Large Event

Okay! We tired this last year and it worked GREAT , but this year I want even a bigger turn out so I need some advice as what to do !?

We are going for our 2nd annual car giveaway and I want promotion ideas on the WEB.

We can handle the offline promos via radio spots, but what about online??

Something like that looks like it would do good as a pop under on automotive sites.... banner networks like Fastclick do that type of stuff...

Don't know how much time you have for that though...
