Finding the Right List

I know that the best lists are the ones you build up yourself but I was wondering if anyone knows of any good list companys that are not exhausted or out of date lists. I have never done this so any help is welcome.

I would not buy a list unless it was totally targeted and from a very reliable source.

There are a lot of people that just mine the internet and then sell lists.

I see no value in that.

I think that it may take longer to develop your own list , but the end result will be way better then a pre bought list.

Thats my opinion anyhow :)
