3 Way Link Exchange program

I have recently come across a 3 Way Link Exchange program. One of the website has asked me to exchange a link in this 3 way pattern. Its webmaster explain me 3 way link exchange in following manner:

Site A links to Site B. However, site A doesn't link from site B. Instead, site C links to site A.

But I have a query

Is this three way link exchange will be profitable to increase link popularity and by trying this way, search engines will consider this links as a one way link or three way link?
i.e. A links to site B – one way link from site A to B
site C links to site A – one way link from site C to site A

so Both the site A & site B are getting one way links

A three way link exchange is much more beneficial then a reciprical link....

If site A lilnks to site B and vice versa they are picked up as reciprical links...

If site A links to site B and site B doesn't link back, then site B gains a quality one way link....

If site B has a another site that is not identified as within the same network and this additional site (C) links back to site A - then site A gains a quality one way link....

Three-way links are more beneficial as it is One-way links for both the linking partners.

So, it is better then reciprocal links.

Hi:

I create a blog in blogger for this. You can reach a medium PR without much work, the topic must be similar to your web page.

And I add a link for the site C, and B put a link for my site.

Google cannot know who is data; IP is different, it´s a good solution for exchangel links directories.
