This syrup is organically grown in New England. Grade B Maple Syrup has a deeper, richer flavor than dark, medium or light grade A syrup.

B. Dague Customer Rating: Summary: Not to sweet, perfectly hearty. Comment: This is a nice way to go if you need maple syrup in bulk, like in order to do the Master Cleanse, like I did. It will last you nearly a week. It is not too sweet, so you don't get a headache if you put a little too much on your pancakes, either.... wait - Is there such a thing as too much syrup on pancakes? No.
